In the sidequest "New in town" you help Eromus find his sister Alasbeth.

Eromus just arrived to Bavelock and needs help finding his sister. Follow the arrow to find her. Talk to her and she will be surprised and eager to meet Eromus.

Talk to Eromus again and he will follow you this time. Return to Alasbeth and talk to her again and she and Eromus will reunite at last. Eromus will always be standing next to her sister after this is done.
