Methalas is an ancient language spoken mostly by the elves in Andora.

In the game you can read Methalas on some gravestones in Nightshade Cemetary. There are books in the Bavelock library teaching a few phrases of the language.

Methalas is an actual fictional language I spent a lot of my teenage years creating myself, inspired by Tolkien and his fictional languages. The few phrases in the game are actual words from my old documents about the language.
