Gibdo is a large creature blocking the path up to the Mogwai Mountains. He is constantly sleeping and there is no way to go past him.

Gibdo was made for the sole purpose of giving a reason why the player cannot continue the story. The game ends at the foot of Mogwai Mountains, the game is in an unfinished state as told by Douglas when you meet Gibdo.
