Carrion Hounds are undead dog-like enemies that do not come from this world. They must be summoned.
You encounter the first one when fighting the Golden Demon after he flees from the battle. He summons a Carrion Hound and you see it rise from the ground.
The only other place you can find them is by the hands of the Summoner.

They are very agile and deal a lot of damage. Any attack by them has a chance to poison you.

They have a Limit Break attack. When the Limit bar is full he does the Poison Fang attack that damages you and poisons you guranteed.
